Please use this form to register for one of our outdoor grass doubles tournaments. If you already have a partner you can also sign them up by entering their information below. Our tournaments cost $50 per entry ($25 per player, $15 for juniors), and all participants must be USAV members for insurance purposes.
For those that aren't already USAV members, you can sign up the morning of the tournament for a USAV one-day ($5) or summer ($15) membership. To save time and speed up the tournament registration process, you can also apply and pay for your one-day or summer USAV membership online at the USAV Online Registration Website.
Please note that tournament check-in will run from 8:15am to 8:45am the day of the tournament, and tournament play will begin right at 9:00am.
If you need to modify or cancel your registration, you can now do so online. The Manage My Online Registration link will allow you to update your registration information.
