Please use this form to register for one of our outdoor grass doubles tournaments. Our tournaments cost $60 per entry ($30 per player, $20 for juniors), and all participants must be USAV members for insurance purposes.
For those that aren't already USAV members, you can sign up the morning of the tournament for a USAV one-day ($5) or summer ($15) membership. To save time and speed up the tournament registration process, you can also apply and pay for your one-day or summer USAV membership online at the USAV Online Registration Website.
Depending on the number of entries, three levels (Gold, Silver and Bronze) of both men's and women's divisions will be offered, as well as at least one Juniors division. Co-ed teams interested in playing can sign up at any men's level.
Please note that tournament check-in will run from 8:15am to 8:45am the day of the tournament, and tournament play will begin right at 9:00am.
